Paleo Honey Cake
2 ½ cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ cup honey
½ cup vegan shortening
½ cup raisins
Grease and flour an 8-inch cake pan
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes
Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves in a large bowl.
Combine honey, shortening and eggs in a separate bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients into dry, then stir in raisins.
