Avocado, smoked ham, walnut  and potato salad

Ingredients per person:

1 Avocado – sliced

1 large slice of fresh smoked ham – cut into strips

6 walnuts broken

Salad leaves – washed and dried

small cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes

6 salad potatoes boiled

Freshly ground mixed peppercorns

Sprinkle of rock salt

Mayonnaise or salad dressing



On each plate lay out – add salad leaves, potatoes, tomatoes, avocado, ham strips, walnuts, sprinkle of salt, freshly ground peppercorns and mayonnaise or sald dressing as desired.
